With 20+ years experience delivering brand, digital and technological solutions for FTSE 100 companies to deliver commercial performance and created strong leaders, her work is placed firmly in the heart of commercial business.
Currently researching a Phd in the psychology of personal courage she speaks on panels, events and podcasts.
Passionate about the need to create a more equal, sustainable and mentally healthy society she speaks of the need to realise more courage and bravery to create more fearless solutions and changemakers.
A Pankhurst by deedpoll not birth, Caroline sits alongside Helen Pankhurst, on the steering committee for GM4Women2028 and is driving a newly launched initiative to make Greater Manchester the best city for Gender Equality. Caroline is passionate to see more women advance in business and in STEM.
A member of the British Psychological Society, BIMA and IOD she has worked extensively in sectors including in financial services, media, charity, telecoms, retail, FMCG.
