Danny is on a mission to fix the broken world of work. At the start of the first lockdown, Danny built focus.business to concentrate on improving the workplace, ensuring companies focus on the most important aspects of business, company culture and company strategy.

Danny has over two decades of experience, working with some of Europe’s latest and most successful brands. Danny has worked across businesses of all shapes and sizes, including training and developing hyper-growth startups, running teams agency side, experienced a successful IPO and in leadership roles in market-leading businesses.

Danny has led Growth, Marketing & Product Departments and recently led the Crowdfunding business at JustGiving, helping over six million people to donate to people they care most for, their local communities and the great causes they are passionate about.
